Once an order has been placed, it enters our fulfillment queue immediately. If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of purchase here. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee modifications after your order has been processed or shipped.
We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you experience an issue, please contact us so we may evaluate the circumstance.
All Hydrovac Attachment products are inspected before shipment. In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged product. We also offer a 90 day warranty period. If the product becomes damaged from use, an accident, or otherwise, we ask that you kindly send us an email using our contact form. If you fall outside of the allocated period, you are welcome to purchase a new unit or replacement parts through our website.
If approved, we will replace the defective item at no additional cost. Normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by improper installation are not covered under this policy.
