What's the warranty on the product?
Hydrovac Attachment covers all products up to 90 days after purchase. Even though our products are designed to be durable, being a 3D printed unit, accidents can happen that may damage the attachment. If an accident occurs and it falls within the warranty period, please notify us and we will offer to replace your part or product free of charge. If you fall outside of the warranty, we offer replacement parts through our website.
What wet vac tube is the Hydrovac Attachment designed for?
The Hydrovac Attachment is designed for the most common option which is a 2.5 inch wet vac tube. If you plan to use the product with another size, an adapter may be needed.
How durable is the Hydrovac Attachment?
The Hydrovac Attachment is designed to be highly durable to be able to sustain high-pressure uses and harsh conditions. We've trial tested multiple variations and continue to make improvements to the structural integrity of the design.
